I work in small series and embroider new pieces every week.

Some colors may come back, while others are only made in a few pieces.

New pieces join the online shop every Sunday at 11 a.m. (Paris time).

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 5 business days.

During holidays or in case of an exceptional delay, this is announced directly on the site and repeated in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and/or link, so you can follow its journey.

Yes. Studio Gardia ships within France and to a number of other countries.

International orders are shipped by tracked Colissimo, and shipping costs are shown before payment depending on the destination.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, where it applies.

Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Pieces made specially in a custom color at your request are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided for by law.
