Carefully prepared, shipped with tracking.

Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared in my studio in Montreuil, then shipped with tracking.

Preparation time: 2 to 5 business days, except in special circumstances such as holiday periods, which are then announced on the site and in the order confirmation email.

Mainland France

Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and/or link, so you can follow its journey.

International

Tracked international letter: €8 for up to 3 pairs.
Tracked Colissimo International from 4 pairs, price depending on the destination, shown before payment.
Free shipping applies to France only.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, where it applies.

To request a return, write to contact@studiogardia.com including:

• your order number;
• the pieces concerned.

I'll then send you the procedure and the return address.

Jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Custom colors

Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, in particular jewelry made specially in a custom color requested by the customer, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by law.

Exchanges

There are no direct exchanges. When a return is possible: return → refund → new order.

Problem on delivery

If an order arrives damaged or there's a problem with it, write to contact@studiogardia.com with your order number, attaching a few photos if helpful.

We'll find the best solution together: repair or replacement of the piece, depending on the situation.
